BBA Members Used Beekeeping Equipment Sale - April 2026

It was a lovely morning for the Beekeeping Equipment Sale and Swinton Mill could not have been a better spot to hold it in, with ample parking space and very handsome outbuildings.  Finlay Mitchel was a truly welcoming host, making sure everyone was well supplied with tea and coffee as well as pointing out where people and dogs were encouraged to potter through his very pretty woodland walk. 

There was a good turnout and as well as there being equipment for sale, it was a perfect opportunity to talk to other beekeepers, both new and old.  There was much swapping of news on how the spring season was going and what plans everyone had for the year ahead. The general consensus seems to be that it's going to be a good one for bees!
