Beginners Beekeeper Course 2026
Deadline for Applications is the 7th of February 2026
About
This course helps build capable beekeepers through seasoned methods that serve both bees and keepers well. Six sessions offer presentations, tutor discussion, and a detailed 50+ page handout. Four in-person, two online - dates below.
A practical apiary session follows in spring. For 2026 beginners, we'll match you with BBA mentors for hands-on experience before buying bees. Local sourcing encouraged; starter colonies available from members mid-June.
For enquiries about this year's beginners course, email Martin here with your name, address, and mobile number.
